PRE & POST CARE
Preoperative Cautions
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 1 week prior to the procedure.
- Discontinue acid-based and alcohol-based skincare products at least 1 week before treatment.
- Inform your practitioner if you have a tendency to scar.
- If you have experienced pigmentation after previous laser treatments, please inform your practitioner.
- Do not wax the treatment area 4–6 weeks prior to the procedure.
- Inform your practitioner if you are taking antibiotics or other medications. Antibiotics should be discontinued 2 weeks before treatment.
- Inform your practitioner if you have photosensitive skin.
- The procedure is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals.
- Do not use oral or topical steroids or oral vitamin A within one month prior to treatment.
- Inform your doctor if you have a history of herpes or cold sores.
- Inform your doctor if you have hereditary or chronic conditions such as diabetes or hypertension.
Postoperative Cautions & Care
- Do not wash your face with tap water for 24 hours after the procedure. If cleansing is necessary, use sterile saline or contact lens solution to gently wipe the skin with a cotton pad.
- Avoid spicy or stimulating foods (such as hot pot) for 7 days after treatment.
- Avoid seafood, beef, mutton, soy sauce, and similar foods during the recovery period.
- Keep the treated area clean and avoid excessive massage, as well as hot and humid environments.
- Pay strict attention to sun protection after treatment. Avoid prolonged sun exposure and use physical sunscreen only.
- Apply micro-cellular repairing essence every 2–4 hours after treatment and complete use within one week.
- Use repairing masks only during the first week after treatment. After removing the mask, apply recovery cream directly without rinsing.
- On the day of treatment, wear a face mask and hat for sun protection when going outdoors. From the next day onward, continue using physical sunscreen.
- If sunscreen is required on the same day as treatment, only medical-grade physical sunscreen may be used. Cleanse with saline solution at night before continuing aftercare.
Common Reactions
