Multiple micro-dose injections of vitamins, minerals, drugs, and amino acids are used in mesotherapy to reach specific areas just below the skin's surface.
The comparatively painless injections are tailored to your unique needs and encourage the body's immunological, lymphatic, and circulatory systems to produce the desired reaction.
Among other medicinal purposes, mesotherapy is excellent for promoting weight loss, reducing cellulite, tightening the skin on the face and neck, and regrowing hair (especially for alopecia sufferers).
Benefits:
- Hydrating the skin
- Skin tightening and toning

ASCE+ Exosomes
What Are Exosomes?
Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles that function as biological messengers between cells. They are naturally released by cells and contain a concentrated payload of signalling molecules, including growth factors, peptides, amino acids, coenzymes, and regulatory proteins.
Rather than being living cells themselves, exosomes act as communication carriers that influence how surrounding cells respond, repair, and maintain tissue balance. In advanced skin rejuvenation protocols, exosomes are incorporated to optimise cellular signalling and support overall skin quality.
ASCE+ SRLV Treatment Overview
ASCE+ SRLV is a structured regenerative skin protocol designed to support hydration, rejuvenation, and long-term skin optimisation through a multi-phase treatment approach. The formulation combines lyophilised exosome technology with a high-content nutrient complex, delivered within a professionally guided treatment schedule.
Each set is prepared by reconstituting the freeze-dried component with a diluent prior to application, ensuring freshness and bioactivity. The mixed solution is administered as a single-patient, single-session treatment.
The protocol recommends:
- A course of 5 sessions (minimum of 3 for progressive improvement)
- Structured intervals to allow full skin recovery
- Individualised depth and technique adjustments based on skin condition
- Integration with microneedling (MTS) or laser procedures when clinically appropriate
Procedure Timeline & Treatment Phases
The treatment plan follows a staged progression to support both immediate skin comfort and longer-term regenerative optimisation.
Intensive Care Phase
Conducted at approximately 2-week intervals, focusing on hydration enhancement and visible skin refinement.
Reinforcement Phase
Sessions may be spaced monthly to reinforce improvements and support continued skin vitality.
Maintenance Phase
Maintenance sessions may be considered within 6–12 months after completing a full treatment series.
Composition Profile
- High-content Hyaluronic Acid (high molecular weight HA)
- Multiple growth factors & Peptides
- Amino acids & Minerals
- Vitamins and coenzymes
- Lyophilised Exosome complex
Integration with Microneedling & Laser Treatments
ASCE+ SRLV may be incorporated into advanced procedural protocols, including mesotherapy (MTS) and laser-based treatments. When used with microneedling, treatment depth may be adjusted progressively across sessions to optimise hydration support and enhance deeper regenerative signalling.
When combined with laser therapy:
- Cleansing & anaesthesia (if required)
- Laser application
- Exosome formulation application
- Absorption enhancement care
- Soothing mask application
- Final hydration and sun protection
Three-Phase Skin Improvement Model
Phase I — Rapid Surface Support
Hydration, redness comfort, and pore refinement through hyaluronic acid, vitamins, and amino acids.
Phase II — Nutritional Rejuvenation
Peptides and growth-supporting components contribute to enhanced skin vitality and condition improvement.
Phase III — Regenerative Optimisation
Exosomal signalling supports comprehensive skin layer renewal and improved resilience over time.
